Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a book has been delivered.
However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly make it right.
A defective item is defined as a book that is misprinted to the extent that it cannot be reasonably read (for example: missing pages, severe print errors, or illegible paragraphs).
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery at hello@theintimacyjourney.com and include a clear video or photo showing the defect.
If your claim is approved:
- You will receive a replacement at no cost
- You are not required to return the defective item
If the item is out of stock, your replacement will be shipped once it becomes available.
If the item will not be restocked, you may request a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as slight cover wear, small dents, or packaging damage) do not qualify as defects
- We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or improper handling
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. If we experience any delays, you will be notified immediately.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Please note:
- Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct
Pre-Order Items
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, your order will ship once the item becomes available.
- Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be provided on the product page
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available
- Delays in production or restocking may occur, and shipping timelines for pre-orders are subject to change
